Plass Appliance works with the Finest Independent Appliance Delivery Crews in the business. All of our drivers are licensed, bonded, and fully insured to handle all of our Plass Orders. Each Crew has great experience in delivering built-in and free standing appliances so you can be assured that your order will be handled with the utmost care.

 Our Full Service Delivery and the way that we handle your Plass Order is what sets us a part from the other Appliance Dealers. Our Drivers don't just drop off your Appliance in the box at the curb. We will unload it, un-crate it, inspect it, and bring it in your home to set it in the place of your choice. In most cases our Drivers will even be able to hook up your appliances so that they are running and usable right there on the spot. Read the inclusions and benefits below that you receive with our Full Service Local Delivery:

Out of State Delivery

All of the Products listed in our On-Line Store are available to ship anywhere within the United States. Shipping is calculated by the weight and dimensions of the product as well as the distance of the ship to destination. Shipping will automatically be calculated upon completion of your On-Line Order unless otherwise noted.

  Plass Appliance utilizes bonded and insured common carriers for all of our out of state orders so you can be assured that your order will arrive safely. Our Plass Warehouse staff thoroughly inspects each order and product before it goes out for any damage to insure the quality of the product you have ordered and are receiving.

  All tracking and order information will be sent to you directly via email by our Web Sales Staff and Logistics Department in our Warehousing Facility. All out of state deliveries are drop off, curb side deliveries unless otherwise noted, requested, or stated.

Upon receiving your product and order, customer is responsible for signing off on the product that it was received in good condition. Thoroughly inspect all orders upon receiving them to eliminate damage. Plass Appliance is not responsible for any damage that occurs in transit of your order. All damage claims must be processed with the proper authorities of the shipping company.

* Normal Delivery is available Monday through Saturday. Sunday Delivery is available upon request pending scheduling and crew availability. Additional fees apply for Sunday Delivery. Deliveries that are not within 60 miles of Plass Warehouse in Addison, IL 60101 or within 10 miles of Showroom Location may also incur additional fees. See sales person for further details upon completion of your order. Next Day Delivery is available on your order upon request pending that your order has been placed, the product is in stock and available, and that the warehouse has open delivery availability for that day. Certain other restrictions may apply. See sales person for details. Your old Appliance may be hauled away at the time of delivery if it is a free-standing unit. Drivers will not haul away Built-In units that have not been un-installed. In order to have a Built-In unit hauled away, it must be completely un-installed and removed from the opening or point of installation. Upon Delivery of your Plass Order, Drivers are able to hook up most free standing appliances including the following: gas and electric dryers, washers, refrigerators, freezers, and gas and electric ranges. Drivers are unable to hook up built-in appliances that require further installation such as: ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, professional duel-fuel ranges, built-in refrigerators, gas and electric cooktops, hoods, and warming drawers. Certain other models may apply. Consult with your Plass sales person to find out the installation requirements for the appliance on your order.
